A. CANCELLATION POLICY
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, have or took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (POBOX 228, Hitchin, SG4 0WW, UK, Tel: on request, Email: contact@glamorista.store) by a clear statement (such as a letter or email sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction for the refund, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no event will you be charged a fee for the refund. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
